The 2014 All Ches-Mont Team was released to the Daily Local News Thursday night. West Chester Henderson’s James Wood was voted the National Division MVP while Unionville’s Sam Alfonsi was selected as the American Division MVP.
Henderson coach Sean Ryan was selected as Coach of the Year in the National Division and Unionville coach Rich Garber was chosen as Coach of the Year in the American Division.
Alfonsi was also selected to the Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches All-State Team along with the All-Southeastern Pennsylvania Coaches Team. Wood, Great Valley’s Kyle Hoops and West Chester East’s Baley Federico were also selected to the SE PA team.
West Chester Henderson led the National Division with 10 selections. Unionville and Great Valley tied for most selections in the American Division with eight. The Indians had five members on the first team.
